Yoga is like a darpan (mirror) through which we can see our own Image (self). Yoga darpan shows the way to understand importance of body fitness, mind stillness and one's spirit. Yogdarpan lights on self realization,self illumination, understanding truth and living harmonious life, without harmony self control and self-discipline creates more conflict rather than peace

  • Hathyoga

    Hathyoga can be practiced by everyone and anybody can have the benefits of practicing this precious science. Hath is composed of two syllable "Ha" and "Tha" Ha means sun or pingla or the prana flowing from right nostril and functioning of left brain. Tha means moon or Ida or the prana flowing from left nostril and functioning of right brain. So hathyoga helps to balanced flow of prana in body.

  • Ashtang Yoga

    Ashtang yoga is a dynamic flow style which connects movements of body with breath. There are fixed series of Ashtanga Yoga and some key principles underlie the practice they are breath, gaze and flow.

  • Kids/Children Yoga

    kids Yoga is to cult mindfulness, improve concentration and boost confidence in kids. It helps children overcome their negative emotions augments imagination and creativity. There is environmental and peer pressure on children to be perfect and number one in every field. Children yoga has been created to make children happy, calm with improved mind-body-spirit in any circumstances

  • Prenatal Yoga

    women go through many hormonal changes during pregnancy due to which they suffer physical and emotional problems and then they don't take it easy and behave like sick. Prenatal yoga has been designed to make would be mother happier and pregnancy as much as joious. It can be possible by making them relaxed at physical and mental. Prenatal yoga makes pregnancy easy and women can able to cope up with changes happening in their body. Prenatal Yoga happens trimesterwise. In first trimester needs to be focused on simple(easy) postures and breathing( it may vary from person to person) In second trimester we focus on strengthening body and improving capacity. In third trimester we focus on loosening birth canal as well with above.

  • Postnatal Yoga

    After pregnancy women's body starts going to its normal phase so again many challenges come, women need to stand with it and regain their body shape with harmonious life. Postnatal Yoga teachs how to be happy, mindful and enjoy with new member as well as social life

  • Power Yoga

    Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction

  • Flow hath Yoga

    Postures in flow hathyoga are done one by one without gap at a speed. It increases stamina, tolerance, strength and stability

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    vinyasa Yoga is arranging some postures (Asanas) in a special way. This is a popular contemporary style of yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike

  • Detox Yoga

    Detox yoga consists the variation in postures which is for twisting body parts more and effect goes deeply inside to the internal organs for functioning well by activate their functions and cleanse them

  • Therapeutic Yoga

    Therapeutic yoga is itself wondering but it is named so. This is completely different from other styles of yoga, it can not be same for every person even if they are having same problem.
